Every OSOUL creation begins as a gesture — a thread drawn by hand, a memory translated into cloth. These terms accompany that gesture, so that your experience of the Maison is as considered as the pieces themselves.

1. The Maison

OSOUL is a Moroccan luxury house founded in Rabat by Kenza Naguib Jaidi. Our garments are conceived in Morocco and crafted by master artisans in Rabat, Fes and Marrakech. In these Terms, ‘OSOUL’, ‘the Maison’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to OSOUL; ‘you’ refers to the client visiting osoulrabat.com or placing an order with us. By browsing this website or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Our creations

Each OSOUL piece is handmade, frequently one-of-a-kind, and produced in limited numbers or individually upon request. Because our garments are crafted by hand from natural and often rare materials, slight variations in colour, weave, embroidery and finish are inherent to their making. These characteristics are the signature of artisanal work and are not considered defects; they are the proof that a human hand, not a machine, made your piece.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order placed through this website is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only once we have confirmed your order and, where applicable, begun its making. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, where a one-of-a-kind piece is no longer available, where there is a pricing or description error, or where payment cannot be verified. In such cases, any sum paid is refunded in full.

4. Pricing and currency

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are exclusive, unless stated otherwise, of any import duties or local taxes that may apply in your country of delivery. We may adjust prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one confirmed at the moment of purchase.

5. Made-to-order pieces

Many OSOUL garments are made to order, created individually once your order is placed. Production times and the particular nature of made-to-order pieces are described on our Made to Order and Returns & Exchanges pages, which form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, embroideries, motifs, imagery, text and identity presented by OSOUL are the property of the Maison and are protected. Nothing on this website may be reproduced, copied or used commercially without our written permission.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OSOUL’s liability in connection with any piece is limited to the price paid for that piece. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
