Preparing your order

Each OSOUL order is carefully prepared in our atelier in Morocco before dispatch.

For creations marked "Available Upon Request", our Client Care team will contact you once you have submitted your request to personally discuss your order, including the estimated production timeline, which may vary depending on the design, craftsmanship, and fabrics selected.

Delivery

Once your order leaves our atelier, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

International Delivery

OSOUL ships worldwide.

For most international destinations, delivery typically takes 3 to 4 business days once your order has been dispatched.

If you require your order by a specific date, we encourage you to contact our Client Care team before placing your order so we can advise you on the expected delivery timeframe.

Customs & Duties

Depending on the destination, local customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply.

If your delivery is delayed

While we always strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to customs procedures, courier operations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Should this happen, our team will keep you informed and assist you until your order arrives safely.

If your parcel is lost

In the rare event that a parcel is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work directly with our courier to investigate the shipment and, where the parcel cannot be recovered, arrange an appropriate solution, including a replacement where possible or a refund.
