Worldwide delivery

OSOUL delivers internationally, with particular attention to our clients across the United Arab Emirates, the wider Gulf and beyond. Your piece is dispatched via trusted express couriers, fully insured and tracked from our atelier to your door.

Crafting and dispatch times

Pieces held in our atelier are prepared and dispatched within a few working days. Made-to-order creations are crafted individually once your order is placed; these require approximately two to four weeks before dispatch, reflecting the time true handwork demands. Should your piece require longer, we will tell you personally.

Tracking

Once your order leaves our atelier, you will receive confirmation and tracking details so that you may follow its journey.

Duties and taxes

Any import duties or taxes applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of your piece. We are glad to assist with any documentation you may require.

Shipping costs

Any applicable shipping cost is shown transparently at checkout before you confirm your order.
